Best breakfast I've had in a really long time!! The short rib was so flavorful and tender, grits were creamy and the perfect amount of cheese. Beat French toast options are huge definitely enough to share with more than one other person I have the kids size cinnamon bun french toast which was still a significant amount. Be prepared to have leftovers. They have a wide variety of breakfast cocktails, coffee was delicious and the food came out quickly. The hostess was super sweet and service staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this place if you're in Philly. A few things of note: 1. This is a ***CASH ONLY *** establishment. 2. 18% gratuity is already included on the check

Green Eggs Cafe is a solid spot for a quick and tasty brunch with friends or family. I always go for the Creme Brulee French Toast—it’s super filling and absolutely delicious. Definitely a must-try if you like sweeter brunch options. This time I also had the Pineapple Mimosa—really tasty and a little strong, which I didn’t mind at all. It does get pretty packed inside since they don’t take reservations. We waited about 15 minutes for a table for four, which wasn’t bad. It’s definitely on the louder side, but the energy and vibe actually made it feel fun and lively. Overall, a great brunch spot I’d recommend if you’re in Philly.

Such beautiful brunch food! Cash only, so keep in mind before coming here. As a celiac I could not have any of their specialties like the extravagant French toasts and pancake concoctions, but I was pleasantly surprised when the waitress said they could do gluten free bread (small upcharge — I was told it was a dollar). They did not toast the bread because of (I presume) cross-contamination risk. I ordered the build-your-own-omelette and it was great. Receipts with more than 50 get a 18% service charge. Overall very tasty fare, and while I didn’t get any fancy drinks, they looked great.

Very tasty and yummy food! I had the rose latte, and it was absolutely delicious—floral, smooth, and perfectly sweet. Just a heads-up: be prepared to use cash, as they don’t take cards. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Food was excellent, service was okay they would check in here and there but the food makes up for the service. We ordered the creme brulee French toast, lemon blueberry French toast, short rib Benedict, and the kitchen. All 10/10. Be aware they charge your a service fee and it’s cash only as well.

We went to this restaurant on January 7th, 2025, around 1:00 p.m. We were seated immediately. This was our second time visiting this restaurant. My husband ordered the eggs your way, with a side of bacon and a mimosa. I ordered the kitchen sink, pineapple breeze/strawberry champagne, and the pecan pie french toast to share with my husband. The food is always good, the portion sizes are large and the prices are reasonable. After 30 minutes of being there, I did notice that it was starting to get a lot more busier. Our waitress Stephanie provided us with a delightful experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and had a pleasant attitude. Thank you. We do recommend this place.

Pretty cool breakfast spot. It’s more so on the expensive side but the food is great. I appreciate how the seating doesn’t force you to have breakfast with the person next to you. The environment is calm yet lively in a way. The employees were really respectful and accommodating. 10/10. Give it a shot!

What an amazing restaurant and no wonder there is always a wait outside. Pro tip, make a reservation if you don’t want to wait 25-35 min. The menu is large and provides a variety of breakfast and brunch items for everyone, even vegetarians and vegans. The atmosphere is lively since it’s always packed and the staff are very attentive and professional. The food is absolutely delicious and flavorful and comes in very healthy portions!
